Physiotherapy in South Dublin
At Seapoint Health, we are trained to identify the root causes of your health issues rather than simply addressing the symptoms. Our treatments are based on the very latest research and evidence, and we are regulated by CORU, the state register for physiotherapists, so you know that the quality of your treatment will be top-notch.

So what does that mean really?
It means that we take a full health and lifestyle history when you first arrive at the clinic. What you do in your day-to-day life is very important in helping us to establish how you move, how active you are or need to be, what things might aggravate your condition and what might help to make you move more easily. Just because you have a pain in your leg doesn’t mean the problem is actually originating in your leg. We take time to figure out exactly what’s going on with you.
We use a wide array of techniques, which might include:
- Hands-on soft tissue work (similar to deep massage)
- Mobilisations (helping your joints to move a bit more easily)
- Myofascial release (loosening tight muscles via the sheath that covers them)
- Acupuncture • Cupping (it works for Olympic champion Michael Phelps!)
- Gua sha (Chinese scraping technique that’s actually quite relaxing)
- Reflexology (sooo incredibly relaxing, and fantastic for all the runners and hikers out there)
